Welcome to DHSET
Thank you for your interest in the Denmark High School Equestrian Team (DHSET). DHSET is a club sport that participates within the Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA). The mission of IEA is to introduce students in private and public middle and secondary schools to equestrian sports and to promote and improve the quality of equestrian competition and instruction. Students will learn about horsemanship, gain leadership experience and compete with the support of a team. Riders will, also, be able to earn a varsity letter in Equestrian sports, as well as, have scholarship opportunities available to them. We are excited to embark in this endeavor with you. Welcome!
About Us
DHSET participates in Hunt Seat Equitation competitions through IEA. They have
the opportunity to compete locally in our Region, qualify for Zones and Nationals. Team members will, also, build their horsemanship knowledge and leadership
skills through various events, such as, clinics, hands-on activities and volunteering
